Dr Revati Chopara
MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
Revati’s particular area of interest is in the management of chronic health conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, asthma, and older people’s health. Her interest includes the impact of good nutrition, regular exercise, and stress management alongside other medical therapies to help people achieve their best possible health outcomes. She prides herself on remaining up-to-date with the latest medical research and is committed to ongoing learning to ensure her patients receive the best possible care. Revati is working towards her Fellowship with the Royal College of General Practitioners; she will be supported by Dr Olivier Caunes to achieve this.
Outside of work Revati enjoys yoga she has completed her yoga teacher training, creating art, reading anything and everything, and cooking.
Dr Mark Craig

Mark is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is passionate about treating the causes of disease rather than just the symptoms in order to reverse or minimise disease. He practices general medicine with a focus on facilitating the treatment of the reversible lifestyle factors responsible for the majority of our health conditions including diet, sleep quality, stress levels, mental health and relationship quality, exercise regime, and toxin avoidance.
Diseases very amenable to lifestyle interventions include heart and stroke disease; their risk factors blood pressure and high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes; Autoimmune disease, dementias and others. Mark advocates a whole food, plant based diet to treat or prevent these conditions.
Mark is from Essex in the UK, moving to Auckland in 2010. He performs minor surgery and has considerable experience in Ear Nose and Throat medicine. Outside of medicine, he enjoys outdoor adventures and triathlons, having competed for New Zealand age groups on several occasions overseas, and also actively enjoys the arts. He has two young sons who also keep him busy. He looks forward to helping you achieve your health goal.
Dr Olivier Caunes

Olivier our French doctor, has a particular interest in chronic illness, pediatrics, family medicine and gut health. He is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners. His post graduate study in endocrinology makes him particularly knowledgeable in the diagnosis and management of hormonal issues.
His strength is his ability to instantly engage with patients and ensure they are well informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their health and well being.
Dr Nayana Shah
MBBS, FRNZCGP, Dip Paeds, Dip Obs
Nayana is a Fellow of Royal NZ college of GP with special training and interest in a whole person approach.
Throughout her time in general practice she developed a keen interest in prevention and an integrative approach. It is her experience that by optimizing nutrition and lifestyle factors many chronic diseases can be managed with less medication. She pays close attention to lifestyle, diet, stress, nutrient status- and hormonal balance. Her aim is prevention and root cause resolution of illnesses.
Her special interest areas are women’s health issues from teenage to menopause, children’s health and chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, depression and IBS.
She assesses hormonal health by blood test and DUTCH test. She is also versed at assessing some other functional testing like GI MAP- assessing microbiome, SIBO breath test, and methylation panel and makes a treatment program based on her assessment.
Nayana walks the talk in her own life, keeping up healthy eating and lifestyle habits. She is a vegetarian, a great cook, a keen organic gardener and practices mindfulness regularly.
Nayanas inital consultations are 60mins. She only works at the practice 2 days per week so if you are enrolling with Nayana you may have to see another doctor at our practice for your more immediate needs. Our Doctors share notes and have regular meetings to assure continuity of care.
Dr Arushi Kaura
Arushi is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She manages a wide variety of medical conditions with a patient-centered approach. Arushi’s strong interest in providing a holistic approach for patient care and well-being has led her to our practice.
Her strengths are her ability to look at whole-person strategies to achieve the desired health goals and her lovely nature.
When not working, she practices Yoga for relaxation and enjoys the outdoors with her family.
