Dr Arushi Kaura
Arushi is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She manages a wide variety of medical conditions with a patient-centered approach. Arushi’s strong interest in providing a holistic approach for patient care and well-being has led her to our practice.
Her strengths are her ability to look at whole-person strategies to achieve the desired health goals and her lovely nature.
When not working, she practices Yoga for relaxation and enjoys the outdoors with her family.
Dr Janine Budden

Janine is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners and a member of the British Royal College of GP’s.
Her passion for optimizing health through integrative medicine has included studying at the Royal Homeopathic Hospital, a post-graduate qualification in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey and most recently joining the Institute of Functional Medicine.
She believes in working with her patients to identify their health goals and to inform and support their health choices.
Dr Nayana Shah
MBBS, FRNZCGP, Dip Paeds, Dip Obs
Nayana is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners. She is especially interested in chronic health issues. Her strength is in her ability to understand you as a whole and help you understand your own mind, body, behaviour and relationships. She is a very experienced and very much respected integrative Doctor.
Nayana walks the talk in her own life, keeping up healthy eating and lifestyle habits. She is a vegetarian, a great cook, a keen organic gardener and practices mindfulness regularly.
Dr Olivier Caunes
FRNZCGP; Doctor of General Medicine (PhD) France, Dip bio molecular science, Dip bio chemistry applied to endocrinology
Olivier our French doctor, has a particular interest in chronic illness, pediatrics, family medicine and gut health. He is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners. His post graduate study in endocrinology makes him particularly knowledgeable in the diagnosis and management of hormonal issues. His strength is his ability to instantly engage with patients and ensure they are well informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their health and well being.
Dr Anne O’Reilly
MB BCh BAO, MRCGP, FRNZGP
Anne is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners UK
She graduated in Medicine and Biochemistry from Trinity College, Dublin and worked in Ireland, England and Canada before coming to New Zealand in 1997.
Anne was introduced to an Integrative Medical approach and trained in Melbourne 15 years ago. This training transformed her practice and she has continued to pursue ongoing training in the field of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and feels very fulfilled working with patients in this way.
Anne’s current interest is the way stress impacts health and well being. She is a mother of three grown up children and is in the process of completing a Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy
